Vice President of Marketing – Healthcare

As we continue expanding our reach and impact, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts.
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in building pipeline, customer segmentation, branding, podcasting, and establishing thought leadership within the industry.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Develop and execute targeted customer segmentation strategies to optimize marketing efforts and drive engagement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of branding initiatives to enhance brand awareness and recognition.
- Lead the planning, production, and promotion of podcasts to position the company as a thought leader in the industry.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive overall company success.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.

- Proven track record of success in building pipeline, customer segmentation, branding, podcasting, and establishing thought leadership.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
