Pabst Brewing Co. and Small Town Brewery (family-owned, Illinois Brewery that created ‘Not Your Father’s Root Beer’) have announced that they have entered into an agreement for Pabst Brewing Co. to distribute Not Your Father’s Root Beer (NYFRB) to all 50 states in the United States of America. This is a huge success for Pabst Brewing Co. as NYFRB is the fastest-selling product in 2015, often reported to sell out of its stock just three to four days after arriving at a store. In fact, Small Town Brewery suddenly “frothed up” to $7.2 million from January 2015 to mid-June of this year alone, which has been attributed to NYFRB. Not Your Father’s Root Beer has also accounted for 3.3% of all retail craft stores dollar sales in July. Pabst Brewing Co. has a lot to look forward to in this partnership, especially since NYFRB is just getting started.
