• Improve the timeliness of eligibility determinations and re-certifications.

• Gain greater insight into recidivism and the extent to which cases closed to Temporary Assistance are then opened to Medicaid and Food Stamps as transitional benefits.

• Monitor and improve process, compliance, and performance with Federal and State Welfare to Work program mandates, including participation rates.

• Integrate relevant health care and medical information to strengthen overall management of cases.

• Easily access any detailed WMS payment information authorized and paid on a case through BICS, such as cash assistance, Food Stamps, HEAP, etc.

They can be used independently or in combination with one another and the Medicaid Management module.
